Ifølge IKT-bekendtgørelsen kræves der, at Bygherren går all-in med IKT og 3D.
”Digitalisering og IKT stiller nye krav til forudsætningerne for rollen som bygherre i dag. IKT-aftaler og komplekse 3D-modeller kan være svært tilgængelige, og det er vanskeligt at bevare overblikket og kontrollen over det projektmateriale der sendes i udbud,” udtaler seniorprojektleder Per Sams.
“Men når det er sagt, er de nye digitale arbejdsmetoder også nødvendige og altafgørende, for at kunne håndtere så store projekter som de nye sygehuse.
Som vi i bygherreorganisationen ser det, skal man som bygherre være godt skolet i anvendelsen og forståelsen af 3D for at sikre, at rådgiver træffer de korrekte og rettidige valg.
I sidste ende, er det er vores ansvar, som bygherre, at det materiale, der sendes i udbud, er entydigt og fri for kollisioner. Når mængder fra 3D-modellen skal lægge til grund for budgetter (5D), materialeindkøb og tidsplaner (4D), er det afgørende, at IKT aftalerne følges ad, så projektet bliver projekteret korrekt.

Exigo er udvalgt som bygherrerådgiver / specialister i forbindelse med IKT og BIM, da de kan dokumentere erfaringer fra lignede projekter og derfor har indgående kendskab til 3D-modellernes DNA ned til mindste detalje. De skal granske vores rådgiveres 3D-modeller for fejl og følge op på, at fejlene bliver rettet, indtil vi er helt i mål.
Det er samtidig aftalt, at Exigo løbende skal guide vores rådgivere i koncepterne indenfor IKT og BIM. Da det er et internationalt team af rådgivere, skal der være særligt fokus på netop det område. IKT og BIM handler om en ting – alle skal lære at gå i takt ud fra en og samme modelstruktur. Det kan ikke være 80 % af aktørerne, der går i takt. Enten / eller. Man kan heller ikke være halvt gravid.
Nogle har opfattelsen af, at funktionsudbud fortsat er en mulighed med 3D. Det kan jeg ikke anbefale. Det slører billedet af, at få entydige udbud. Entreprenørerne har til en hver tid brug for entydige udbud, hvor bygherren og rådgiverne står inde for alle mængder.
Samarbejdet med Exigo forventer vi medvirker til, at alle parter holder fokus på rettidigt omhu ift. kvaliteten af 3D-projektmateriale, budgetter og tidsplaner. Vi er i konstruktiv dialog med rådgiver omkring det. Det forventes, at Exigos guiden og metoder giver os en sikkerhed for, at budgetter og tidsplaner ikke kuldsejler i udførelsen.”
