De skal granske vores r\u00e5dgiveres 3D-modeller for fejl og f\u00f8lge op p\u00e5, at fejlene bliver rettet, indtil vi er helt i m\u00e5l. <\/em><\/p>\n Det er samtidig aftalt, at Exigo l\u00f8bende skal guide vores r\u00e5dgivere i koncepterne indenfor IKT og BIM. Da det er et internationalt team af r\u00e5dgivere, skal der v\u00e6re s\u00e6rligt fokus p\u00e5 netop det omr\u00e5de. IKT og BIM handler om en ting – alle skal l\u00e6re at g\u00e5 i takt ud fra en og samme modelstruktur.\u00a0Det kan ikke v\u00e6re 80 % af akt\u00f8rerne, der g\u00e5r i takt. \u00a0Enten \/ eller. Man kan heller ikke v\u00e6re halvt gravid.<\/em><\/p>\n Nogle har opfattelsen af, at funktionsudbud fortsat er en mulighed med 3D. Det kan jeg ikke anbefale. Det sl\u00f8rer billedet af, at f\u00e5 entydige udbud. Entrepren\u00f8rerne har til en hver tid brug for entydige udbud, hvor bygherren og r\u00e5dgiverne st\u00e5r inde for alle m\u00e6ngder.<\/em><\/p>\n
